Job Description:
Candidate should posses execellent communication skills.
Candidate should reside in or nearby Gurgaon
Desired;
- Good Communication skill is must.
- • Should have basic / Fundamental Knowledge of Computer.
- • Should have Knowledge about LCS / OCS (Live Communication Server / Office communication Sever 2005).
- • Log user calls and give them a ticket no of call.
- • Assign severity level to each call as per Service Level Agreement.
- • Allocate the problem to the engineer.
- • Track each call to resolution.
- • Generate call reports (Daily Summary / Open calls).
- • Collect feedback from the user after completion of call.
- • Pending calls review and follow-ups and updates to users in case of call is not closed.
- • Generate MIS report.
Location: Gurgaon
Education: Any Graduate / Any PG Course
