- Handle all IT requirements
- Recruitment and selection of candidates. The focus being on understanding the Company’s requirements, culture, strengths and providing right fit candidates within deadlines.
- Sourcing the accurate profiles through portals, headhunting, mapping, and referencing etc. Providing the right kind of people who can add SDG to an organizations growth plan.
- Follow up.
